Anamaria Nusbaum

Anamaria Nusbaum is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in leading strategic human resources initiatives across global organizations. Currently serving as a Global Senior HR Manager and HR Project Lead at Procter & Gamble since August 2008, Anamaria focuses on critical projects such as Employee Data Privacy for over 500 HR employees worldwide. Previous experience includes serving as an HR Manager and HR Business Partner for various divisions, providing comprehensive people support for iconic brands and corporate functions. Anamaria also held roles at Citi as an HR Management Associate and at Dell as an HR Intern, where significant contributions were made to organizational health assessments. Anamaria holds an MBA in Strategic Human Resources from Brigham Young University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Babes-Bolyai University.
