Serhat Altekin, MBA in Human Resources Management, possesses extensive experience in human resources and operations management, primarily with Procter & Gamble since February 2010. Currently serving as Sales HR Director for key retail teams, Serhat has held various director-level roles focusing on cultural initiatives, labor relations, and digital transformation at multiple manufacturing sites. Previous experiences include leadership positions in union negotiations and production line management, as well as contributions in academic settings as a research assistant. Serhat's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering and Food Engineering from Istanbul Technical University, with ongoing pursuit of an MBA at LSU Shreveport.
