Zita Xie

Zita Xie currently serves as the Beauty Care new Technology E2E Director at 宝洁 since October 2022. Prior to this role, Zita held the position of Commodity Center Senior Director at PatPat from August 2021 to September 2022, where responsibilities included leading a team of over 50 photographers in visual creation, overseeing maternity clothing and supplies product development, and spearheading IT system redevelopment. Zita's extensive experience at 宝洁 from July 2006 to August 2021 encompassed various managerial roles, including Group Manager for GC Skin Business Planning and Senior Innovation Program Manager for Skin Care and Personal Cleaning Care, successfully managing over 20 initiatives for billion-dollar brands such as Safeguard and Olay. Zita holds a Master’s Degree in Control Science and Engineering from Harbin Institute of Technology and a Bachelor’s Degree in Control Electric and Business Administration from South China University of Technology.
