Kathy Medlin

Kathy Medlin has a diverse professional background with significant experience in customer support, management, and coordination roles. Currently serving as a Loss Draft Associate at Proctor Financial, Inc. since September 2018, Kathy previously worked at DaVita Kidney Care from June 2016 to August 2018, providing Lab Customer Support and addressing service requests. Prior to that, Kathy was a Phone Source Coordinator at Avail Clinical Research, managing communications for clinical trials. As General Manager at Select Truckers Plus from November 2008 to July 2013, Kathy developed a customer-centric business model, expanded territory, and increased the client base. Earlier experience includes managing branch operations for Spec Personnel & Truckers Plus and a solid educational foundation in accounting and business from the American Institute of Banking and Eastridge High School.
