Aleksandra Gemaljević has a diverse work experience in various customer service and teaching roles. Starting in 2016, they worked as a Professor of English and Spanish at the Studio of Foreign Languages "MelArt" where they taught adults. In 2018, they joined Neomobile as a Customer Care Operator, handling customer queries and administrative tasks related to the company's business in Spain. Aleksandra then transitioned to Transcom in 2018, where they worked as a Customer Service Representative for Spanish, providing support to clients through emails and calls. In 2019, Aleksandra joined Proctorio as a Customer Advocate, troubleshooting technical and non-technical issues and resolving customer complaints via various channels. Throughout their roles, they have demonstrated strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Aleksandra Gemaljević attended Seventh Belgrade High School from 2007 to 2011, where they studied Social Sciences. After completing high school, they pursued a Bachelor's degree at the University of Belgrade from 2011 to 2015.
