Kyle Fillipo

Kyle Fillipo is an experienced professional in customer services and training, currently serving as the Director of Customer Services and Training at Procurement Partners since October 2019. Previous roles at the company include Customer Education Manager and Customer Education and Training Specialist, where responsibilities included managing teams, developing training materials during a merger, and creating an online knowledge base.
