Christian Frenza is currently the VP Operations & Strategic Initiatives at Procuros. Prior to this, they were a Consulting Partner with OKR Advisors and the VP Digital Transformation and Innovation at Eclair. At Eclair, they led a team of 35+ digital specialists focused on helping the company become a digital market leader. Christian was responsible for building and managing the 3yr global investment plan of approx. 35M euros. Christian has deployed a full stack Transformation framework covering 5 key areas: Technology Leadership, Operational Excellence, Customer Engagement, Sharing is Caring and High Performance Culture. Some of their key projects include launching the company's digital suite of Apps, launching a Media Asset Management engine, CRM global harmonization, standing up a full Billing/CPQ and Online Payment platform, and deploying full workflow automation and IA pilots.

Their manager is Patrick Thelen, CEO & Co-Founder. They work with Livia Toth - Head of Partnerships & Expansion, Benjamin Wulff - Co-Founder & CTO, and Denica Stoyanova - Head Of Marketing.
