The Role 

The ideal candidate will become part of a critical part of our business, by ensuring our customers are adopting and satisfied with the product. As a Customer Success Manager, you will become an expert on our products full functionality, working with customers on their data to optimise their workflow, ensuring deployment and adoption whilst giving the best possible experience and value from our products and services. PRODA has a strong, globally recognised client base. We are looking for you to join us on our exciting journey delivering best-in-class software to the Commercial Real Estate market globally. 

Responsibilities  

  • Become an expert in our products full functionality, to advise how it can best serve customers. Work consultatively to find solutions to customer business problems
  • Communication with clients to understand their requirements and key business needs, getting hands on with our product and our customers data analysis
  • Work closely with cross functional teams. Become both an advisor to the customer, and in internal advocate for their needs
  • Optimise customer experience to drive customer retention, increase adoption and overall customer value
  • Think critically to make suggestions to improvements in process and tooling

  • Expertise in Microsoft Excel. This will be discussed in interview

Founded in 2017 by Charles and Peter, two former Real Estate Finance Investment professionals, PRODA is now 48 people and growing rapidly, and is looking to expand rapidly following a successful Series A raise in Q2 2022.
