Joseph Sweeney

Joseph Sweeney, MBA, PMP has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Joseph began their career at Wells Fargo as a Personal Banker in 2007 before transitioning to USAA as an Insurance Professional in 2008. In 2009, they joined JP Morgan Chase as an Investment Product Specialist.

Joseph's career then shifted towards project management and finance roles. From 2011 to 2016, they worked at Capstone Turbine Corporation, starting as a Senior Project Planning and Controls Analyst before being promoted to Senior Project Manager. During their time there, they successfully led cross-functional teams and managed program execution and budget.

In 2016, Joseph joined Alpha Turbo Technologies as a Financial Analyst, specializing in FP&A. Joseph designed and analyzed financial models, prepared budgets, and provided decision support to functional leaders.

Since 2018, Joseph has been working at Prodege, LLC, gradually progressing to higher positions. Joseph started as an Analyst and worked their way up to become a Director of Finance and Business Operations. Joseph has been responsible for overseeing finance and business operations, demonstrating their leadership and strategic decision-making abilities.

Joseph Sweeney, MBA, PMP completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from West Texas A&M University in 2017. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration from The University of Texas at San Antonio in 2010. In addition to their degrees, Joseph holds multiple certifications including Certified Management Accountant (CMA) Candidate from the Institute of Certified Management Accountants, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from Scrum Alliance, Certified Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB) from the American Society for Quality, and Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute.
