Tushar Kaushik

Tushar Kaushik has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. TUSHAR started their career as an intern at Mahanagar Telephone Nagar Nigam Ltd in 2009. TUSHAR then joined Ceragon Networks as a Project Coordinator, where they gained experience in implementation, operations, and vendor management. Tushar later worked at Instantly, Inc. as a Project Manager, overseeing a wide range of projects and utilizing automated insights tools. TUSHAR then joined Survey Sampling International as a Project Manager, successfully reducing costs through data analytics techniques. Currently, Tushar is working at Prodege, LLC, where they have held various roles including Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, and is currently serving as the Team Lead of Project Management. In their current role, they are responsible for creating project plans, managing project scope, and supporting teams to achieve positive outcomes for key stakeholders.

Tushar Kaushik completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Operations from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a B.Tech degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Maharshi Dayanand University from 2007 to 2011. TUSHAR completed their secondary and higher secondary education in Science at South Delhi Public School from 1995 to 2007. Tushar also received additional certifications including the Google Project Management Certificate from Coursera and Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) from Scrum Alliance in 2021 and 2022, respectively.
