Lauren Lambson

Lauren Lambson is an experienced professional with a diverse background in operations and client solutions, currently serving as the Back Office Repayments Manager at Prodigy Finance since October 2016. Demonstrating strong leadership and operational improvement skills, Lauren has held various roles within the company, including Operations Transition Manager, Servicing Process Manager, and Collections Team Leader, where responsibilities included optimizing processes, managing complex cash management issues, and enhancing the customer service experience. Prior to Prodigy Finance, Lauren progressed through roles at Intelligent Debt Management Group, eventually becoming Junior Manager Client Solutions, and held a position as a Waitron at McGinty's Traditional Irish Pub early in the career.
