Paul Collins is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management and education sectors. Currently serving as the School Onboarding Manager in Acquisition at Prodigy Finance since April 2023, Paul oversees a team focused on acquiring partnerships in Higher Education for international student loan facilitation while ensuring adherence to risk compliance via a structured Onboarding Framework. Prior to this role, Paul held various positions, including Project Manager at Construct, where responsibilities included managing international teams to develop online learning programs for the EMEA region, and Training & Operations Manager at RCA, emphasizing client engagement and blended learning program implementation in Southern and East Africa. With a strong background in training facilitation, operations management, and sales across multiple industries, Paul has consistently demonstrated expertise in client relations, program design, and team leadership. Paul holds a BSocSci in Industrial Sociology from Rhodes University and an Online Certificate in Human Resources Management from Columbia University, among other qualifications.
