Axel Balam Casados Alvarez

Axel Balam Casados Alvarez has worked as a Finance Analyst at ProducePay since June 2021. In this role, they manage information and bank reconciliation, performs reporting and business intelligence using both their own platform and Power BI, and designs documentation and processes for the financing business line. Prior to this, Axel worked as a Finance Analyst at DPI Desarrollo de Proyectos de Ingeniería from March 2019 to June 2021. In this position, they conducted modeling and analysis of investment projects related to craft beer, canner, and microfinance for natural gas. Axel Balam also prepared financial statements, budgets, and conducted economic and financial analysis of the microeconomic and macroeconomic environment.

Axel Balam Casados Alvarez holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Administration and Business Management from the Universidad de Guadalajara, which they pursued from 2020 to 2021. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies at the Universidad de Colima, earning a degree in Finance between 2014 and 2018. During their undergraduate years, Axel also participated in a short-term program at the Universidad EAFIT, focusing on general Finance in 2017. Additionally, they obtained a certification called "Figura 3" from the AMIB (Asociación Mexicana de Instituciones Bursátiles) in February 2018.
