Kaeli Finlayson

Kaeli Finlayson is a seasoned sales development professional with extensive experience in managing teams and driving pipeline success. At Productboard, since April 2020, Kaeli has advanced from Manager to Senior Manager of Sales Development, contributing to a customer-centric platform utilized by over 6,000 organizations, including Microsoft and Zoom. Prior experience at Hootsuite from February 2017 to April 2020 involved leading North American and APAC sales development representatives, achieving significant team performance milestones, and participating in the implementation of operational frameworks. Early in their career, Kaeli held roles in inside sales and customer service management at Signarama Richmond and Heringers Meats, respectively. Kaeli holds a General Business Studies Diploma from Kwantlen Polytechnic University.
