Lyndsey LaBontee (she/her)

Lyndsey LaBontee has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Lyndsey began their career as an Orientation Advisor and Administrative Assistant at Roger Williams University in 2009. Lyndsey then worked as an Accountant at BTech Acoustics LLC from 2010 to 2012. In 2012, they joined Bench Accounting as an Accountant and later transitioned to the role of Learning & Development Specialist from 2014 to 2016.

Following their time at Bench Accounting, Lyndsey worked at Relic Entertainment as an HR Business Partner from 2017 to 2019. Lyndsey then moved to East Side Games, where they served as an HR Manager from 2019 to 2020. Lyndsey continued their HR management role as an HR Manager at MGA | Michael Green Architecture from 2020 to 2021.

Currently, Lyndsey is part of the Productboard team, initially working as a People Operations Generalist from December 2021 to September 2022. Lyndsey then transitioned to their current role as a People Operations Business Partner from September 2022 onwards.

Lyndsey LaBontee pursued their education from 2007 to 2011 at Roger Williams University. During this time, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting and Mathematics.
