Oliver Pinnell

Oliver Pinnell, SHRM-CP, currently serves as Studio Manager at Production Club since September 2024, following a role as Office Manager at Electric Entertainment. From November 2019 to September 2023, Oliver was Manager of HR & Operations at Pro Audio LA, where responsibilities included managing HR strategy, payroll, supply chain, and increasing productivity by 20% through process improvements. Prior to that, Oliver was Operations Manager for the band Jay Som, overseeing logistics and budgeting for tours. Oliver began a career in education as a Substitute Teacher with ANTIOCH UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT from 2015 to 2017, earning a Recognition of Service award. Educationally, Oliver is pursuing an MBA at UCLA Anderson School of Management and holds a BA in History from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
