Michael Buono

Michael Buono is an accomplished HR technology specialist with extensive experience in managing and implementing global HR information systems. Currently serving as the Center of Excellence Manager for HR Business Systems at GKN Aerospace since January 2019, Michael oversees the SAP SuccessFactors HXM Platform for over 15,000 employees and provides expert consultancy on payroll and benefits system integrations. Michael’s previous roles include Global HRIS Manager at Productions Plus and Global HR Information Systems Manager at GKN plc, where responsibilities encompassed technical development and support of HR applications. Michael's career also features significant contributions in commercial application management, business intelligence development, and HR technology deployment at various companies, including GKN Driveline and Viacom. Michael holds a Master of Science in Information Systems from Walsh College and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Lawrence Technological University.
