Andrew Tayo started their work experience in 2007 as an Account Manager at TheLadders.com, where they managed post-sale relationships with Fortune 1000 clients. Andrew provided assistance with product training, technical troubleshooting, and identified opportunities for optimization. Andrew implemented retention and license expansion strategies.

In 2010, Andrew joined Knewton, Inc, initially as a Customer Care Ops representative and later as a Partnership Account Manager. Andrew focused on new business development for Test Prep products, managed existing partnerships, and built relationships with education content providers and resellers.

From 2011 to 2015, Andrew worked at OpenMarket as an Account Manager. Andrew was responsible for providing enterprises worldwide with a SaaS-based solution for global mobile engagement services. Andrew processed over one billion mobile messaging interactions per month and connected businesses to billions of users and devices.

At 1E, Andrew held multiple roles. From 2015 to 2019, they served as an Account Director, focusing on hunting new business and growing existing customer relationships in the Pacific Northwest and Canada markets. Andrew empowered organizations to gain IT infrastructure visibility and simplify software management.

Later, starting in 2019, Andrew transitioned to the role of Senior Customer Success Manager at 1E, where they helped maximize the value of the 1E platform for large customers. Andrew aligned their investments with modern workplace goals and developed success plans with the account team.

Currently, Andrew is working as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Productiv since July 2022.

Andrew Tayo attended the University at Albany, SUNY, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. Andrew completed their education in 2007.
