Elena Gianotas has a diverse work experience across multiple industries. Elena currently works at Productiv as a Strategy & Business Operations professional since 2022. Prior to that, they were an Investor at The 21 Fund, where they focused on building and investing in Stanford Graduate School of Business startups. Elena also gained experience as a Strategy & Ops MBA Intern at Productiv in 2020. Before that, they worked as a Technology Investor at True Wind Capital from 2017 to 2019. Elena started their career at J.P. Morgan, where they served as an Investment Banking Analyst from 2015 to 2017 and as an Investment Banking Summer Analyst in 2014.
