Nicholas Mayes

Nicholas Mayes has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles.

Nicholas began their career at KeyBank in 2010, where they worked in consumer banking until 2015. From 2015 to 2017, they joined Pacific Crest Securities within KeyBank and focused on software investment banking.

In 2017, Nicholas joined DocuSign, where they held various positions in the finance department. Nicholas started as a Manager of FP&A in the Go-To-Market team and later became a Senior Manager in the same department. In 2020, they were promoted to Director of FP&A, overseeing the Go-To-Market division.

In 2021, Nicholas moved to Productiv, where they assumed the role of Head of Finance, responsible for the company's financial operations. After a year, they were promoted to VP of Finance and, subsequently, to SVP of Finance & Operations.

Nicholas has shown a consistent progression in their career, gaining expertise in finance and operations throughout their various roles.

Nicholas Mayes has a Bachelor of Science degree in Honors Finance & Accounting from the University at Albany, SUNY. Nicholas obtained the Series 63 - Uniform Securities Agent State Law certification from FINRA in October 2015. In September 2015, they also obtained the Series 79 - Investment Banking Representative certification, also from FINRA.
