Gaylen Graybill

Gaylen Graybill has extensive experience in operations and engineering, currently serving as Operations and Engineering Manager at Productivity Inc since October 1996. In this role, Gaylen oversees the development of technical base information and the implementation of manufacturing processes to enhance machine tool sales potential and ensure customer satisfaction. Prior to this position, Gaylen worked as a Process Engineer at Danfoss, where responsibilities included evaluating and optimizing manufacturing systems for cost reduction and sustainability. Gaylen's career began as a CNC Programmer/Engineer at Wertheral Manufacturing. Educationally, Gaylen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technologies and Manufacturing Engineering from Iowa State University, earned between 1985 and 1990.
