Alana Montenegro has extensive experience in organizational development and change management, currently serving as the Change Management Lead for the implementation of SAP at Productos Alimenticios DIANA since November 2014. In this role, Alana identifies and addresses change management, communication, and training needs across four Central American countries, while also preparing risk mitigation strategies. Previously, Alana worked as a Recruiter for TELUS International Central America, managing recruitment processes and developing candidate profiles. Alana held internships at AFP Confia and Citi, where responsibilities included coordinating training programs and supporting recruitment efforts. An early career at Xavier University involved research assistance and tutoring in Psychology and Spanish. Alana holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Xavier University.
