Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and passionate Product Designer to join our dynamic team. As a Product Designer, you will play a critical role in shaping the user experience and interface of our software products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing, to create engaging and effective designs that meet both user needs and business goals.
The Product Designer will be responsible for designing new features for our industry-leading product. At ProductPlan, we use customer interviews, and analytics to validate our product direction. We are looking for individuals who obsess on delighting our customers and influence our pursuit of creating great software.
This is a hybrid job, working partially in our Denver, CO office and partially remotely. This setup offers the flexibility of working from home for some days and being physically present at the office for others. It can balance the convenience of remote work and the collaborative benefits of in-person interaction.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Required Experience, Education, & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree required.
3+ years proven experience as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer, or similar role in a fast paced SaaS environment.
Strong portfolio showcasing your design process, problem-solving skills, and final products.
Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and practices.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to balance user needs with business goals in design solutions.
Have a deep understanding of the end-to-end iterative design process – This includes how to develop and use design research, journey mapping, wire-framing, prototyping, user testing, and high-fidelity visuals to achieve solutions that meet our customers needs.
Knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
