Pranali Mane has worked in a variety of roles in the human resources industry since 2015. Pranali began their career as an Executive Consulting at Abyss & Horizon Consulting Pvt. Ltd. in 2015. In 2016, they joined QLC India as an Executive - Human Resource. In 2017, they moved to Destar Inc. as a Senior Recruiter. In 2018, they joined Anlage Infotech (India) P Ltd. as a Sr. Executive - Delivery. Most recently, they are working as an Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition at Prodware Solutions since 2020. At Prodware Solutions, they are helping organizations in providing services in areas such as JD Edward Implementation, Upgrade and Managed Support, ERP Migration to Cloud, Robotic Process Automation, Mobile Development Services and General Staff Augmentation Services.

Pranali Mane completed their Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from the University of Mumbai in 2013. Prior to that, they obtained their SSC from A K. Joshi English Medium in 2008.
