Aris Kourtesas

Vissarion Kourtesas is a Senior IT Consultant and Senior Software Engineer at PRODYNA since July 2021, specializing in developing distributed Java-based systems using a microservice and Domain Driven approach. Prior roles include Backend Software/DevOps Engineer at Foodtec Solutions (April 2015 - July 2021), where Vissarion implemented microservices on AWS and utilized the Micronaut framework, as well as a Backend Software Developer at KINVENT (March 2018 - September 2018) responsible for RESTful applications with the Spring framework. Vissarion began a career in software development as an intern in Software Quality Assurance and Software Development, gaining invaluable mentorship. Vissarion holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology Engineering & Computer Science from the Alexander Technological Educational Institute of Thessaloniki and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Essex.
