Mrs. Berner has a Master’s of Science degree from Keuka College and a Baccalaureate degree in Communications from Alfred University in New York. Prior to joining ProEd, J’Dale served as the Director of Financial Aid at Finger Lake Health College of Health Science for 7 years. J’Dale has more than 17 years’ experience in higher education and has worked in financial aid since 2005. J’Dale has extensive experience administering aid in term-based, non-term, modular, and clock hour programs. She has extensive knowledge of PowerFAIDS, Colleague, Banner, PeopleSoft, Empower and Financier.
