Julia N. has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Julia started their career as a Recruitment Consultant & Sourcer at Brookleigh Executive Search & Selection, specializing in the financial markets. Julia then worked as a Recruitment Consultant (EMEA) in the HR department at Discovery Communications, where they were responsible for talent acquisition across Western & Eastern Europe.

Following this, Julia joined the organizing committee of the Olympic & Paralympic Games London 2012 (LOCOG) as a Sport Department NPC Regional Coordinator (Europe & Asia), where they managed communications and relationships with 20 national teams. Julia also played a key role in organizing test events, pre-Games training camps, and visits.

Julia then returned to Discovery Communications in the role of Language Operations Coordinator (Content Operations), where they were responsible for languaging channels from Discovery's portfolio across different regions. Julia managed relationships with language vendors and internal departments.

In their most recent role, Julia worked at BTI Studios as a Client & Account Manager, handling client relationships and account management.

Currently, they are working as an IT & Tech Talent Recruiter at Proekspert AS.

Julia N. has a Master of Arts degree in German Linguistics from the University of Tartu, which they obtained from 1997 to 2005. Julia also attended the University of Duisburg-Essen from 2000 to 2002, where they studied German Linguistics and IT.
