Darren Hook is a seasoned Supportability Program Manager at Microsoft, with over 26 years of experience in developing solutions that enhance customer satisfaction through data-driven insights. Darren holds numerous Microsoft certifications, including MCSE, MCSA, and MCP, demonstrating expertise in a wide range of technologies from server virtualization to desktop infrastructure. In addition to Microsoft, Darren operates as a sUAS Pilot, conducting aerial photography and mapping while also serving as an Independent Adjuster, assessing insurance claims.
