Kate Lavelle

Kate contributes to multiple statewide public health initiatives at PDA. She strives to build evaluation capacity within organizations by working with stakeholders to create meaningful questions and help them use evaluation processes and findings. She enjoys developing research designs to effectively address stakeholders’ questions.

Kate holds a doctorate in applied developmental psychology with an emphasis in program evaluation from Claremont Graduate University.
