Currently serving as Chief Experience Officer at Professional Delivery Providers since June 2023, Wendy also holds the position of President at Retail Direct since August 2019 and has previously acted as Executive Vice President at Retail Direct LLC. Wendy's earlier roles include Senior Vice President of Customer Support & Client Solutions at XPO Logistics, Inc. from June 2014 to December 2016, and Vice President of Client Solutions at 3PD, Inc. from 2012 to 2014, following a tenure as Director at the same company from June 2003 to May 2012.
