Alana McNary

Alana Mcnary, PHR, SHRM-CP, currently serves as Chief People Officer at Professional Engineering Consultants since October 2022. Previously, Alana held various positions at BG Products, Inc., from November 2012 to October 2022, including Director of Human Resources and Human Resources Manager, and demonstrated expertise in administering HR plans, developing policies, and preparing employee handbooks. Prior experience includes roles at Apex Engineering International, LLC, as a Human Resources Generalist, where Alana managed recruitment, compliance, and employee relations, and as an HR Receptionist at Syndeo Outsourcing. Alana earned a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources from Wichita State University and initially studied at Kansas State University.
