Will Sipe

Will Sipe began their work experience in 2012 as a Head Tennis Professional at Massanutten Resort. Will then went on to work as a Sports Statistical Analyst at Pros Incorporated in the same year. In 2013, Will worked as a Fixed Income Trading Summer Analyst at Credit Suisse. In 2014, they worked as an Investment Banking Summer Analyst at J.P. Morgan. From 2015 to 2017, Will served as an Investment Banking Analyst - Technology at J.P. Morgan, where they gained experience in technology coverage and completed several notable transactions. In 2017, they joined the Professional Fighters League (PFL) as a Manager, Business Operations & Finance. Will was later promoted to Director, Finance & Strategy and then to their current role as VP, Finance & Strategy at PFL. Will has been instrumental in the growth and success of PFL, the first organization to present MMA as a true sport with a unique tournament format.
