Michael Martin

Michael Martin joined PHCN as National Director of Network Management in May of 2021. Michael is responsible for the PHCN Home Health network, with oversight to the contract management, provider relations, and credentialing functions.

Michael has over 10 years of post-acute care experience, bringing to PHCN unique perspectives through the lens of critical stakeholders in the continuum of care. Michael has held positions as a business and marketing executive for healthcare companies with a focus in home care, sub-acute rehabilitation, behavioral health programing, and senior living. Michael’s experience also extends into payers and managed care plans, with oversight to regional contracting initiatives and project management.
