Allen Townsend

Allen Townsend, PMP, currently serves as Deputy Program Manager at Enterprise Technical Assistance Services, Inc. since April 2022 and holds the title of NDA Oversight for the Paducah/Portsmouth Project Office at Pro2Serve since March 2021. Previously, Townsend worked at BWX Technologies, Inc. as an Affiliate from October 2018 to March 2021 and at Four Rivers Nuclear Partnership as NDA/Characterization Manager from October 2017 to March 2021, overseeing NDA operations. Townsend's career includes a significant tenure at Restoration Services, Inc. as NDA Engineer/Scientist and as a field and safety lead for Nondestructive Assay in Oak Ridge, TN, along with experience as an NDA Technician at Fairfield Service Company. An owner/operator of Brown Cup Coffee Company from 2000 to 2010 and a Senior Pilot in the United States Air Force from 1990 to 2000, Townsend holds a Bachelor of Science in Aeronautics from Middle Tennessee State University and additional education from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
