Charles Rosecrans (Butch)

Charles (Butch) Rosecrans has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Charles (Butch) has worked for Professional Research Consultants, Inc. since 1991, starting as an IT Specialist and later progressing to Software Engineer. In this role, they developed software systems, performed system administration, and database administration. Charles (Butch) then advanced to Director of Research and Development, overseeing the IT department's projects and managing the company's network and computer systems. Eventually, they became the Director of Software Development & Chief Architect, leading teams in creating software systems for the market research industry. In their current role as Vice President of Research and Development, Charles focuses on strategic goals and innovation in data gathering, analysis, and delivery for the healthcare industry. Prior to joining Professional Research Consultants, Inc., Charles worked as a Computer Clerk III at the USDA Soil Survey Lab and Computer Operator at the University of Nebraska - Lincoln. Charles (Butch) was also a Computer Help Desk employee at IANR University of Nebraska-Lincoln.

Charles (Butch) Rosecrans completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln from 1986 to 1992. Prior to that, they attended George W. Norris High School from 1982 to 1986. Charles (Butch) obtained the CERTIFIED HIPAA PRIVACY SECURITY EXPERT (CHPSE) certification from HIPAA Training in November 2015.
