Chaundra Course has a diverse work experience starting from 2012. Chaundra first worked as a Sales Associate at Rainbow Apparel Co from November 2012 to August 2013. Chaundra then became a Youth Services Assistant at Jackson Hinds Library System - Eudora Welty from March 2014 to June 2014. In the same year, they joined NSBE - Summer Engineering Experience for Kids (SEEK) as a Mentor for a four-week program, introducing STEM concepts to 3rd and 4th graders.

In 2015, Chaundra worked at MS Municipal Service Company as a Claims Assistant and Receptionist. Their responsibilities included answering calls, sorting mail, and assisting adjusters with filing and copying claims.

Starting from 2016, Chaundra worked at South Central Community Action Agency, Inc. where they served as a Program Assistant till July 2021. Chaundra then transitioned to the role of a Building Analyst Professional, focusing on analyzing buildings till July 2021.

In 2021, Chaundra joined Dave Rambaran Geosciences, LLC as a Staff Engineer and worked there till May 2023. Their role involved engineering work. Currently, they are working as a Geotechnical Staff Engineer at Professional Service Industries, Inc. (PSI) since May 2023.

Chaundra Course obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Civil Engineering from Jackson State University, where they studied from 2010 to 2015. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Jim Hill High School, graduating in 2010 with a High School Diploma in General Studies. In terms of additional certifications, Chaundra Course has obtained several credentials. In 2016, they completed the OSHA 10-hour Construction Safety and Health course from the US DEPARTMENT OF LABOR OSHA. In 2021, they acquired multiple certifications including Concrete Strength Testing Technician (CSTT) from the American Concrete Institute, Nuclear Guage Safety and USDOT HAZMAT from APNGA, Radiation Safety Officer from APNGA, and Heartsaver CPR AED Instructor from the American Heart Association.
