Dawn Langlois has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Dawn started their career in 2000 as a Business Development Officer at JPMorgan Chase, where they introduced the Group Banking program to local businesses in Louisiana and focused on increasing revenue through new opportunities with existing clients. From 2005 to 2008, they worked as an Advertising Account Executive at Cox Media, generating new business leads and creating effective marketing campaigns for local small businesses. Dawn then joined Cox Communications as a Business Development Communications Specialist, where they exceeded sales goals through prospecting and cold-calling, and provided ROI assessments for new build opportunities. Dawn also served as an Executive Assistant at Service Radio - Industrial Blind Solutions from 2010 to 2013. Dawn was responsible for managing various administrative tasks and supporting the executive team. From 2014 to 2017, they worked as a Sales Manager at Commercial Services, specializing in liquidating office furniture and providing new floor plan designs for local businesses. Additionally, they worked as a Marketing Professional at MOSAIC, INK since 2004, where they utilized their skills and experience for freelance and volunteer work in advertising and marketing for various local organizations, including political action committees, health and fitness clubs, schools, and churches. Dawn's most recent role is Office Administrator at Professional Service Industries, Inc. (PSI), where they currently hold the position.
