Stephen Schnabel started their work experience in 2010 as an Infantry in the United States Marine Corps, where they served until 2015. In 2015, they worked as a Lawn Maintenance Crew & Landscaper at Hayes Lawn & Landscape LLC for a few months. From 2018 to 2022, they were a Research Assistant at the University of Oklahoma, where they assisted in feasibility studies of bridge systems, performed deformations and pressures measurements, and created instructional videos for testing machines. In 2021, they became a Staff Geotechnical Engineer at Standard Testing & Engineering LLC, where they provided recommendations for construction projects and analyzed laboratory results. Stephen currently works as a Staff Geotechnical Engineer at Professional Service Industries, Inc. (PSI), starting from 2022.
Stephen Schnabel attended the University of Oklahoma from 2015 to 2020, where they pursued a degree in Civil Engineering with a focus in Geotechnical and Geoenvironmental Engineering. In August 2020, they obtained the Engineer [Intern] certification from the Oklahoma State Board of Licensure for Professional Engineers & Land Surveyors. Additionally, in September 2022, they completed the Basic Orientation Plus Contractor Training (BOP) provided by the Oklahoma Safety Council.
