Emory Ball

Emory Ball has a diverse work experience in the field of user experience design. They have held various roles in different companies, starting from their current position as a Senior User Experience Designer at Proficient Health since 2021. Prior to their current role, they worked at Globant from 2016 to 2021, where they were a Senior User Experience Designer and played a key role in securing a multimillion-dollar contract. They also led the company's expansion into the mobile space and implemented an innovative lightweight user testing program.

Before joining Globant, Emory worked as a UX Designer at PointSource, LLC from 2015 to 2021. They were responsible for designing user experiences for websites and applications. Prior to that, they worked as a UX Architect at Fidelity Investments from 2014 to 2015, where they redesigned the UX and UI of the company's learning portals.

Emory's earlier work experience includes roles such as Web Designer at SAS from 2013 to 2014, Interactive Designer at Esurance from 2010 to 2013, and Interactive Director/Designer at Train of Thought Marketing from 2008 to 2010.
