Jordan Banks

Jordan Banks has a diverse work experience. From 2017 to 2020, they worked at The Elizabeth Hospice as a Help Desk Technician, starting as a Help Desk Technician I and later progressing to Help Desk Technician II. In 2020, they joined Emergency Packout Co. as a Cloud Network Administrator. Since 2020, they have been working at Proficio, where they started as a Security Infrastructure Engineer I and later advanced to the role of Security Infrastructure Engineer II.

Jordan Banks obtained an Associate's Degree in Network and Desktop Systems Administration from MiraCosta College, where they studied from 2014 to 2017. In 2019, they attended the Cisco Networking Academy and pursued the CCNA R&S field of study. In terms of additional certifications, Jordan obtained the following: CompTIA Linux+ ce Certification from CompTIA in October 2022, AWS Certified Security – Specialty from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in April 2022, AWS Certified Developer – Associate from AWS in March 2021, AWS Certified SysOps Administrator – Associate from AWS in November 2020, AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate from AWS in August 2020, Amazon Web Services Cloud Practitioner from AWS in July 2020, Cisco Certified Entry Networking Technician (CCENT) from Cisco in October 2019, and Cisco Certified Network Associate Routing and Switching (CCNA) from Cisco in December 2019.
