Darlene Marshall

Darlene Marshall is a seasoned learning professional with extensive experience in instructional design, technical training, and knowledge management. Currently serving as a Learning Leader and Technical Trainer at Profile Products since October 2020, Darlene has a strong background that includes roles such as Instructional Design Leader at Trane Technologies, where project management of the SMARTransformation Knowledge Management Process was a key responsibility. Darlene also previously managed Oracle R12 training initiatives at Ingersoll Rand and served as an Oracle Consultant at National Oilwell Varco, along with significant tenure as a Supply Chain Manager at Leviton Manufacturing.
