Will Peachey (FCIPD)

Will Peachey (FCIPD) has an extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Will is currently serving as the Chief Customer Officer at ProFinda since April 2023. Prior to this, they worked at School Of Code as a Non-exec Director starting from April 2020.

Will also has several years of experience at Capgemini, where they held multiple positions. Will served as the Group People Supply Chain Officer from January 2017 to April 2022, where they were responsible for resource management, profitability, and revenue growth. Before that, they led the Group HR Transformation, designing and implementing the HR target operating model and leading a reskilling program. Will also served as the HR Director & Head of Global Talent, Infrastructure Services, COO Continental Europe, Infrastructure Services, Global Sales Director, Head of Outsourcing Sales, and Head of Application Management during their tenure at Capgemini.

Earlier in their career, Will worked at IBM in various roles for almost a decade, starting from June 1998 until January 2007.

Will Peachey (FCIPD) completed their education with a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Economics from the University of Reading. Will attended the university from 1995 to 1997. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Computer Science & Economics from Oxford Brookes University, where they studied from 1992 to 1995.
