Ryan Oviatt

Ryan Oviatt has a strong background in finance and leadership roles. Ryan is currently serving as the Co-Chief Executive Officer & Co-President and a member of the Board of Directors for Profire Energy since July 2020. Prior to that, they held the position of Chief Financial Officer at the same company since September 2015. Before joining Profire Energy, Ryan worked for Rio Tinto for a significant part of their career. Their roles at Rio Tinto included Senior Manager Special Projects, Senior Manager Reporting Analysis, Principal Joint Venture Accountant - Copper Group, Manager of the Programme Management Office, and Sarbanes-Oxley Coordinator for the North American Region. Ryan started their career as an Audit Manager at Ernst & Young, where they gained experience in Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and conducted audits for various clients.

Ryan Oviatt obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting, Fine Art from Westminster University from 1995 to 1998. Subsequently, they pursued a Masters of Accounting degree in Accounting and Related Services from Brigham Young University from 1999 to 2000.
