Barbara Catherall, CPA

Barbara Catherall, CPA has over 20 years of work experience in finance and accounting. Barbara started their career at Dixon Hughes Goodman LLP in 1995 as a Senior Manager, where they worked until 2005. Barbara then joined Tauber & Balser, P.C. as a Senior Manager until 2008.

In 2008, Barbara joined Edgenet, Inc as a Controller. In this role, they managed outsourced functions such as annual audit, income tax return preparation, payroll processing, and banking relationships. Barbara also supervised the accounting and finance department and oversaw all annual audits with no adjusting journal entries required. Barbara developed various financial reports, prepared budgets, and organized tax filings.

Barbara later served as the Corporate Controller at MGAGE, Inc. from 2015 to 2018, where they managed financial operations and implemented controls. Barbara then worked as a Self Employed Interim Controller at Profisee in 2018.

Currently, Barbara is a Principal at TechCXO LLC, where they utilize their expertise in finance and accounting to provide strategic financial guidance to clients.
