Jenny Hatch

Jenny Hatch, MBA, has diverse work experience ranging from being a Student Employee at Brigham Young University from 2011 to 2014, to working as a Human Resources Generalist and Project Manager at Disruptive Advertising from 2014 to 2022. Currently, they are serving as the Operations & Talent Planning Lead at ProFocus Technology, where they focus on technology staffing and contract consulting services.

Jenny Hatch holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Business Management from Brigham Young University Marriott School of Business. Jenny also obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Utah - David Eccles School of Business. In addition to their degrees, Jenny has completed certifications in SHRM Talent Acquisition Specialty (2023), 200 Hour Yoga Teaching Certification in the Baptiste Style (2021), and PI Practitioner (2019).
