Marcus Hultmark Varejāo

Marcus Hultmark Varejāo has a diverse work experience in the field of engineering. Marcus started their career in 2012 as a Software Test Developer at Scania, where they gained insights into project management in a large company. In 2013, they worked at ÅF as part of their Master Thesis Project, researching building automation system technologies and developing a real-time distributed control algorithm for integrating electrochromic smart windows. Later in 2013, they joined BeeMobile as an Embedded Software Engineer. In this role, they contributed to software development and gained experience in embedded systems. Since 2014, Marcus has been a Design Engineer at Profoto, where they primarily focus on embedded software development using languages like C, Python, and Objective-C. Marcus has also acquired knowledge in hardware and software integration, as well as the philosophy of "Test Driven Development".

Marcus Hultmark Varejāo completed their high school education at Escola Waldorf Rudolf Steiner de São Paulo from 2001 to 2005. Marcus then pursued their bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, specializing in mechatronics, from KTH Royal Institute of Technology, where they studied from 2008 to 2013.
