Edward Karpowicz

Edward Karpowicz has extensive experience in financial administration and banking. Edward started their career as a Vice President at Rushmore Trust & Savings in 1997, where they were responsible for various aspects of mutual fund operations, including fund accounting, financial administration, tax reporting, tax compliance, customer service, transfer agency, and financial reporting. In 2001, Rushmore Trust & Savings was acquired by Friedman, Billings and Ramsey Group, and Edward's assets were combined into FBR National Bank, a subsidiary of FBR Group. Edward then joined FBR National Bank as a Vice President until 2002. In 2002, they became an Executive Director of Financial Administration at ProFund Advisors LLC, and in 2006, they continued their work in the same role at ProShares.

Edward Karpowicz has a strong education background with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business, which they obtained from 1988 to 1990. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Accounting at Miami University from 1981 to 1985. Additionally, Edward has obtained several certifications, including "Leading and Working in Teams," "Leading at a Distance," "Change Leadership," "Confronting Bias: Thriving Across Our Differences," and "Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging" from LinkedIn. Edward acquired these certifications in November and December of 2020.
