Maija Mansikkala

Maija Mansikkala has extensive work experience in the field of UX design. Maija is currently working as a UX Design Lead at Prog-It since June 2022, where they transferred the business from Greip IP Solutions. Prior to this, Maija worked at Greip IP Solutions as a UX Design Lead from October 2020 to June 2022. Maija also worked at Digitalist Group & Network as a Senior Design Researcher and Service Designer from October 2015 to October 2020. Before that, they held the position of Senior UX Specialist at Cresense from February 2015 to October 2015, and as a UX Specialist from February 2013 to March 2015. Maija's earlier work experience includes working as a Consultant in User Experience at Etnoteam Finland Oy from October 2008 to February 2013, and as a Designer/IT at Skanska Oy from May 2005 to October 2008.

Maija Mansikkala completed their Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Information Networks from Teknillinen korkeakoulu-Tekniska högskolan, starting in 2001 and graduating in 2007. Additionally, they obtained a certification as a Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) from Scrum Alliance in November 2021.
