Ossi Rajala

Ossi Rajala began their work experience in 2006 as an IT Director at SA-TU Logistics, where they were responsible for software implementations and project management. Ossi then took on the role of Administrative Manager, leading the administration team and overseeing ICT. In 2010, they joined Prog-It as a Line Manager, managing the support services team and ensuring daily operations and SLA fulfillment. Ossi later became a Consultant, handling key account management, client project management, and providing technical sales support. In 2017, Rajala was promoted to Business Unit Director at Prog-It, and in 2019, they assumed the role of Sales Director, taking on additional responsibilities such as leading the sales team, developing the product portfolio, and managing key accounts.

Ossi Rajala pursued their education at Amiedu from 2006 to 2007, where they focused on studying Datanomi. In terms of additional certifications, Ossi obtained a certification in Microsoft Volume Licensing from Microsoft, details regarding the month and year of achievement are not provided.
