Ayush Bafna

Ayush Bafna has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Ayush is currently working as the VP (Product) at Progcap since February 2022. Prior to this, they worked at McKinsey & Company as a Product Manager from July 2020 to February 2022. Before that, Ayush was the Founder of IncredSo, where they managed the technology and development aspects of the company from January 2019 to June 2020. Ayush also served as a Senior Program Manager at Paytm from May 2016 to December 2018, where they revamped the post-sales UI and UX for the Large Appliance category and managed the end-to-end program of an omnichannel e-commerce initiative. Ayush started their career as a Director at AMYUSH TECHNO SOLUTIONS PVT LTD from June 2011 to March 2015, where they focused on digital transformation by developing customized ERP software and enhancing the CRM application.

Ayush Bafna completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Strategy and Leadership from the Indian School of Business in 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (Indian School of Mines), Dhanbad in 2011. In 2005, they completed their high school education at Modern School, Kota. Additionally, in April 2021, Ayush obtained a certification as a Professional Scrum Product Owner™ I (PSPO I) from Scrum.org.
